1. Surf Lessons: All surf lessons are subject to availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons at any time for safety reasons.
2. Payment: Payment for surf lessons should be done with a pre-deposit of 20% in the booking moment and the rest of the amount can be paid preferrably in cash on the beach. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or cash.
3. Refunds and Cancellations: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson and in the case of a cancellation due to weather conditions. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, or for no-shows.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: The surf school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to weather conditions or other factors. The surf school will make every effort to provide advance notice in such cases.
5. Insurance: The surf school has insurance coverage for all the lesson time, from the moment of the pickup until the moment of the drop off.
Exclusions: It’s excluded from the insurance situations such as injuries or damages caused by the customer’s own negligence or recklessness.
6. Equipment: We provide all necessary equipment for our surf lessons, including surfboards and wetsuits. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by negligence or misuse.
7. Photography and Video: We may take photos or video during our surf lessons for promotional purposes. By participating in our lessons, you grant us the right to use your likeness in such materials.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
